Maintaining Team group for shared meetings
Hi,
I have a meeting / Demo session with 200 people every second week. I have found, that it is a bit difficult to maintain mailing list for such a big group and tried to solve this problem with MS Group option and now with Teams without any good results.
Problem is, that if someone leaves the team, I am not able easily remove this person from upcoming meetings. The invitation remains in this person's calendar. Also adding new members to the team, not really updating the upcoming invitations.
Is there any other way how to solve this issue?
