Laptop shuts down as soon as Teams calls starts

Hello, 
My laptop shuts down as soon as the conference call starts. I have uninstalled and reinstall it. Installed the new updated version but still, the problem stays. Due to this problem, I have missed a lot of important classes.

    Not much to go by here. But start confirming the hardware requirements and perhaps update your OS and associated drivers.

        Have you checked system and application logs in Event Viewer that may give you same insight? Also, what type of shutdown? Immediate or graceful?
