'Information Centre' mailbox associated with a group
I'm trying to set up an information centre mailbox (i.e. gives an announcement then hangs up without the caller being able to leave a message) on a Call Queue group account. This option is available for any individual user mailbox but the option appears to be unavailable for a group. Is this enabled elsewhere or is it genuinely not available?
- I've just been advised by Microsoft that this basic telephony feature is not available on a Group mailbox. My frustration at the lack of the most simple telephony features on this platform is never-ending...
