I can't join a teams meeting

Hi! 

I have been trying to join team meetings for my classes on my Xiaomi pad 6 for a couple of weeks but everytime when I try to join the meeting,it keeps asking for phone permission even thogh there isn't one on my permission settings. I seted allow all of my permission on my tab but still didn't work at all.

How can I allow the phone permission even though there is none on my permission settings 😭😭😭. I really mean it Team . If you don't take any action to this error I might have to post it on social media for bad coustomer service from teams etc,.... I really don't wanna do it at all. Please take some actions , I am begging you right now.
