How to read Teams.msrtc files (uLog format)

You can't read them , only SEEs in Microsoft Support have the proper tools to decrypt and read them.

Yes, I have noticed that. But I wish Microsoft see how valuable that would be for them if we could do the troubleshooting and find out simple FW rules issues, for example.

Do you know that those are really encrypted? As I thought that is only a binary ULOG2 format.
