How to make a teams meeting without sending a notification on e-mail
Hello, Is it possible to create a meeting on teams without sending an information email to users?

Luke_83 Which calendar would you like to add it to? Each person has a calendar app but they’ll need an invite for all events to appear there.
You could also add the Channel Calendar app to a standard channel that will show any Channel Meetings that have been scheduled.
Channel Meetings may or may not send an invite to individuals based on the Group settings.

Keeping this nice and simple.
Go to the calendar icon > click on '+ New Meeting' > dont bother adding any names > Just give it a title and time > Click 'Save' top right > Click the button to copy the link. Then just use it as you will.

My objective is to create an open invite for all app users (couple thousand) without spamming all of them with calendar invites in the inbox. Only interested users will be able to add the series to their calendar.
I am trying this solution:
* Open the meeting (or series)
* Forward -> forward as iCal
* Save iCal file
Now you have a file you can share on a Message board, sharepoint, ... without spamming hundreds of people. Luke_83 can you elaborate a bit more about what you’d like to do.
I guess you could create a meeting with yourself and then share the meeting details in a separate message?Or maybe a webinar where people need to register?
