How to disable incoming call notifications for just the Windows App
Our execute assistant would like to disable incoming call notifications from her Teams App for Windows at her Desktop. She has a Desktop Phone and a mobile phone. She gets many calls a day, and when all three ring all at once, it is too much. Her Desktop phone is just fine and she does not want her computer to also ring and give her a popup notification of an incoming call. Because of this, she keeps Teams closed on her computer, and this is disrupting our rollout for the organization.

James_Roper by any chance have you figured out how to do this? We're trying to do the exact same thing and the feature doesn't appear to be available. Thanks

Hi James_Roper. For sure she can disable notifications in the settings of her mobile phone app. Not sure about disabling the computer if the desktop app phone is ringing. ThereseSolimeno Actually - she wants to disable it on her mobile phone, and the Windows App. She only wants her physical phone to ring.
