How do you handle rewards & recognition in MS Teams?
I'm curious to learn how other organizations are managing rewards and recognition programs within Microsoft Teams. Are you using built-in features like praise badges and announcements, third-party apps from the Teams store, or custom solutions integrated through Power Platform?

At our organization, we use a mix of built-in Teams features and a few custom touches. The Praise app is great for quick, public recognition within chat or channels, it’s simple and keeps things visible to the team. For more formal or recurring recognition, some companies integrate third-party apps like Karma, Bonusly, or Disco, which help track points or rewards. Others build lightweight custom solutions with Power Automate and SharePoint to collect nominations or send digital badges automatically. It really depends on the culture and scale of your program, but using Teams as the central hub keeps everything connected and easy to share across the organization.
