How can I collect anonymous employee feedback in Microsoft Teams?
Hi everyone,
We want to implement anonymous feedback and surveys in our Microsoft Teams environment, and the built-in forms aren't really cutting it. Any suggestions?

If your goal is to collect anonymous feedback in Teams, both Microsoft Viva Pulse and Microsoft Forms can work well, depending on what you need. Viva Pulse is part of the Microsoft Viva suite and is built right into Teams, making it great for confidential, structured feedback. Responses are anonymous and shown only in summary form, and you can use ready-made templates or create your own questions. It’s ideal if your organization already has Viva licenses and wants a professional, integrated way to track engagement. If you don’t have Viva, Microsoft Forms is still a simple and effective option, just turn off “Record name” and set the form to “Anyone with the link” so responses stay anonymous. You can then share the link in a Teams chat or channel. Viva Pulse is best for ongoing insights, while Forms is perfect for quick, one-off surveys.
