Forward an assigned number
I am trying to forward an assigned User number in Microsoft Teams. When I login to the desktop version of Teams, I go to the profile picture, then settings, then calls. I chose Forward , but I can ...
So, I solved this. You need to reach out to PTSN, PTN@microsoft.com, and let them know which number your want converted to service and they will take care of this for you.
