excel technical issues
My excel cannot create graphs, sum for equations and calculate the mean, median and descriptive statistics, it's excel 2016 and it cannot highlight correctly the selected data to create a table.

Are you trying to do these things in Excel from within Teams, so the web version of Excel.
If so, it is worth pointing out that the web version does not have the full functionality of the desktop version.
So in the first instance I would choose the option the open in Excel and see if the same issue is present?

- I figured out the problem, excel does not accept full stops, it only accepts commas, that was the problem, also I don't know how to change my decimal settings.
