Email Notification when a form is competed or spreadsheet is modified
Is it possible to have specific team members notified by email when a form is completed or a spreadsheet is modified?

Please let me know where you are creating your form and where the user is filling the form. Also where the user is modifying Excel/spreadsheet.

Hi,
Answering your query in Two part.
1. You can try to create a flow using default template to get notified when a response is received in a form.
https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/6fbe197040bf11e7ad68c1c80e905297/send-a-notification-when-microsoft-forms-responses-are-received/2. If the spreadsheet is shared in a Teams Channel, it is stored in SharePoint online in the backend.
Open Channel > Files
Select Document >Open in SharePoint> Show Actions > Alert ME
"Send me an alert when" condition as per your requirement.
