email messages showing up in Teams private group
Hi all, What are the chances of email messages showing up in Teams private group even when there are no tracing logs logged for that group in Exchange?
Hello, do you mean emails received to a channel's email address? what are you using as the To: address in the tracing search?

It is the email address of the Microsoft 365 group that got created alongwith the teams channel

- Also, user got to know about the mails when he saw the mails under the Groups->Group_Name in Outlook
- Well, I don't know why aren't you seeing the email in the trace, I tested a similar scenario and it showed up...
- Could it be the notifications of discussions that happened in the Teams group?
