Elettronic attendance register

Here is a solution that uses Microsoft Forms to capture user information prior to joining a Teams meeting.  You can customize the form to ask for any information, and you will get an Excel spreadsheet with each attendee's information.  This includes the time at which a user filled out their info which is right before they joined the Teams meeting, so it may be an approximate join time for each user.  Take a look at this video on how to setup this registration form: Microsoft Teams Meeting Registration using Microsoft Forms
