Domain enant name change

Question

We did changed the name from our Domain\Tenant.
We did already had a lot of Teams created. We did experienced some issues with tabs, but could solve these easily.
But we have one Team from which the rotation isn't changed. When you select "Open in SharePoint" it goes to the old address. When we change that part which is changed we go to the correct SharePoint site. Also the name from the site is strange (/sites/*****).
Also all the tabs are not working anymore and we receive the error 'There was a problem reaching this app.'
Now is our question how can we solve this? Is it possible to change the routing?

AndresGorzelany&nbsp;Yes, this is what we did. But we have only one team from the more then 500 with this issue. The migration was also done a long time ago. When I have a look at the content, it seems that the data was also changed last week.

No nothing strange. Web nor Desktop client works. The team is linked/goes to the old url.
