DLP Policies in Microsoft Teams

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I recently did Microsoft Teams deployment for a customer where I setup Azure AD Connect. So for things are pretty good as Microsoft Teams is up and running. Now customer wants to test Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for Microsoft Teams as&nbsp; customer has M365 E5 licenses. I would like to know, do we need to enable Hybrid Exchange option or Hybrid Modern Authentication (HMA) for making use of DLP policies for Microsoft Teams as customer has On-Premises Exchange environment?&nbsp;Thanks.
