Diagnostic logs for Teams Call Queues
Hello, over the last month (or two) when members of a call queue are on calls, after around 9-10 minutes, their call drops. It seems to happen some time after another caller enters the queue.
Having experience troubleshooting ShoreTel/Mitel issues (there is an overwhelming mountain of server-side logs), I'm expecting to find similar server-side/cloud-side logs showing exactly what is happening in the call queue when the drop occurs. Do such logs exists somewhere and are they accessible by non Microsoft folks?
I am familiar with collecting support and media logs from the client side and as I type this, I do realize that the answers I'm seeking could still live in client side logs and I've just not learned how to interpret them yet.
Any direction of gaining a more complete diagnostic awareness teams voice/call queues will be very much appreciated.
