Deleting a voicemail from a Voice-enabled channel

We are exploring the functionality of voice-enabled channels with a view to replacing our call queue groups with teams channels. One question that I haven't been able to find a solution for is deleting voicemails to a voice-enabled channel, from Teams. I know we can sign into the shared mailbox and delete it but it would be great if we could do this from Teams, in the same way we can for personal voicemails.

chrisdunn550 we are seeing the same issue.

We connected the callqueues to a Teams channel and the voicemail shows up there for the team.

It is unread at first but the team will not know if someone already called back or started an action.

Being able to delete the voicemail is one thing but marking it as a user like working on it or Finished would be best.

Did you get on with this?

Hopefully you see this but where do you set it to go to your channel in teams? The only options are personal or shared voicemail boxes which all are groups or users not channels?

        AdamA180 Hi Adam,

You can use the channel email address for the voicemail. you can find this by clicking on the ellipsis in the channel and clicking "Get email address" and using that for voicemail rather than a user or group mailbox.
