Delete Message in Channel
I need to be able to delete some messages posted by another user on a Channel. I'm the Owner and I have admin access to our company O365 account. When I click the three dots by the messages, Delete is not an option. I've gone through the Teams Messaging Policy settings and made sure that I have "Owners can delete sent messages" and "Delete sent messages" toggled on.
I've read through this other thread, but I cannot find a resolution to my problem.
Any ideas?

ThereseSolimeno Thanks, but I'm not sure where that is... those instructions are for clearing out email messages.

jhollender Did you do a search in this community for past conversations on this subject? I saw other options when I did the search earlier. Or you can wait and see if other members of the community can offer suggestions.
