Hi,
I don't think that you can create a link that opens What's new directly in Teams, but you could share the URL to that page and it will open in a web browser.
The URL is https://support.office.com/f1/topic/csh?HelpId=teamswhatsnew1&NS=MSFTTEAMS&version=16

LinusCansby thank you very much! I think what I was really looking for was the correct URL parameter to get rid of the everything except the content of that page. Cheers!
