CQD Building Data Not Available

Hi

We have uploaded some tenant building information to CQD and the file has finished processing however we cannot see this information anywhere within the reports. I thought we would be able to use the building names in the filters but when we click show all when building a filter no information is shown. We are trying to use the location enhanced reports. The upload file was literally a couple of lines and no error was received. We have also waited over 24 hours.

What are we doing wrong?
