Corporate user guide

When I want to build a searchable, continously updated, corporate user guide (best practices) in Teams, what is my best option to accomplish that?

A Wiki for example seems not the best choice since it is not searchable.

SharePoint (e.g. Learning Pathways) is the best option, however the content is not searchable from within Teams, so here is an alternative suggestion:

Create an org-wide team (if you do not already have one), add a "Corporate User Guide" channel (with limited post/reply permissions). Add posts for topics and FAQs, with associated replies for each tip, recommendation/guidance.

If you have lots of content, you could consider dividing the "user guide" into several channels.

What you propose looks like a good alternative. Thanks James.
