Hi there
I have a client site https://tashairclinic.com/ and it's about medical services. He wants me to add a booking page and integrate zoom or Microsoft teams. As I compared both of them have very similar features but I preferred teams can you please share your experience with me that it's better to integrate teams? or I can go with another option. He wants a very smooth and clean journey for his user

Hi SAMI231920, from my point of view the best solution would be to use Microsoft Bookings.
You can setup a bookings calendar and make it public available by an URL. You can edit the registration form of the booking page, so you get all required information of the customer during the booking process. Afterwards a Microsoft Teams meeting is set up by the bookings process.
