Hi SAMI231920, from my point of view the best solution would be to use Microsoft Bookings.
You can setup a bookings calendar and make it public available by an URL. You can edit the registration form of the booking page, so you get all required information of the customer during the booking process. Afterwards a Microsoft Teams meeting is set up by the bookings process.
