Can't click join button from another device
Hello,
I have teams installed on two different devices (a pc and laptop) and when I join a one-to-one meeting, sometimes I want to add my other device to share my screen from. But when I click the join button that pops up, it doesn't do anything.
this button:
I'm pretty sure I was able to do this before (can't give an accurate timeframe when, but i'm pretty sure in January I was able to do this).
P.S: joining from another device works well in scheduled meetings, just not in one on one adhoc calls, even when we try to add another person
- OldMarineGunnyCopper ContributorI am also having this issue. It worked previously.

aaboelf : Same problem. Installing the newest update does not help. Also clearing the cache does not work.
- aaboelfCopper Contributoryep I also tried those, even tried uninstalling/reinstalling the whole app on my two devices and still doesn't work

aaboelf : I hope that Microsoft takes care of this very fast, as it seems to be a bug, that came along some days ago. Before it worked for years without any issues...
- TopherBrowneCopper ContributorThis behavior has appeared in our company as well. We have trainers that use this daily and it started earlier this week.
- OldMarineGunnyCopper ContributorThere is a Service Advisory on this issue in the O365 Admin center. They are aware and are working the issue.

aaboelf Same problem here. I hate that this is broken, but I am relieved its not just me! This problem started for me either Tuesday, Feb 28th, or possibly existed as long ago as Friday, Feb 24th. I assume a Teams change was pushed just prior to that because I join calls across devices every day and it worked just a few days ago. VERY frustrating.

Also having this same issue and has been happening for most of March. Occasionally I can join on two devices but more often this button is not bringing up the add device dialog. Normally I have to join on my phone to do audio as our IT department doesn't appear to support our laptop audio setup well, then I like to add my laptop to view and/or share my screen without audio.
Observationally it appears that scheduled meetings I am able to join mostly, but the adhoc unscheduled meetings this join button appear to not work during "peak" work hours.
