Can an admin pin an app in Teams for all users?
- Well, the doc says this
"After you edit or assign a policy, it can take a few hours for changes to take effect."

Not all apps can be pinned to Teams through an app setup policy. Some apps may not support this functionality. To find apps that can be pinned, search for the app in the Add pinned apps pane. Tabs that have a personal scope (static tabs) and bots can be pinned to the Teams desktop client and these apps are available in the Add pinned apps pane."
AndresGorzelany - Yes, I followed those steps and created a policy (called "PinnedAppsPolicy") and added my PowerApp. I closed and updated Teams, but still not showing up for me. Is there a delay/crawl that needs to occur before I'll see it pinned in my Teams client?

Where am I looking to find the "pinned apps pane"?

Its been several hours but still nothing... I feel like I'm very close...
