call pickup group query
Hi All.
I have noticed some annoying behavior. One of our clients has a reception user that also rings 4 other users at the same time when calls come in. Users are complaining that when a call comes in it will disconnect their call if they are already on the line when a new call is presented. What I would like to know is if others have had similar complaints and if enabling busy on busy will resolve this issue by not alerting those that are on calls??

BenRooke are you using Direct Routing? I've heard of similar when it isn't quite configured correctly.
