BenRooke are you using Direct Routing? I've heard of similar when it isn't quite configured correctly.
Thanks for the response. Yes this is via direct routing. is there something specific i need to be looking at?
BenRooke check out this thread, it seems to be related to config for refer and replace commands not being configured fully.
