BusyOnBusyEnabledType - Global Policy / AllowCalling Policy ?

Question

Hello Everyone,&nbsp;We are using Calling Feature on Teams (Direct Routing) and I would like to test the new feature :&nbsp;BusyOnBusyEnabledType&nbsp;&nbsp;I can't modify this setting on the default Policy (AllowCalling) :&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;If I modify the default "Global" Policy and I assign it to the users, we are no longer able to make calls...&nbsp;I must use "AllowCalling" Policy if I want to make calls. All other policies are not working...&nbsp;Thank you for your help.&nbsp;Nick&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi,&nbsp;Allow Calling and Deny Calling is locked so you can't change them. Instead create a new custom policy and assign it to the users you want to test BusyOnBusy with.&nbsp;BusyOnBusy will send a busy signal to callers if the user is busy in another call.

nkarp&nbsp;Not sure about the Global.&nbsp;Create a new one called something like "AllowCalling-BusyOnBusy". Wait a couple of hours after you assigned it to an user.
