BusyOnBusyEnabledType - Global Policy / AllowCalling Policy ?

Hello Everyone,

We are using Calling Feature on Teams (Direct Routing) and I would like to test the new feature : BusyOnBusyEnabledType

I can't modify this setting on the default Policy (AllowCalling) :

If I modify the default "Global" Policy and I assign it to the users, we are no longer able to make calls...

I must use "AllowCalling" Policy if I want to make calls. All other policies are not working...

Thank you for your help.

Nick

    Hello Everyone,

Someone know why we can't modify the "busyonbusy" feature on the AllowCalling Policy ?

    Thank you.

It's really annoying with direct routing...

    • Hi,

Allow Calling and Deny Calling is locked so you can't change them. Instead create a new custom policy and assign it to the users you want to test BusyOnBusy with.

BusyOnBusy will send a busy signal to callers if the user is busy in another call.

LinusCansby Thank you for your reply Linus.

The default "Global" policy do not allow calling feature ?

What would be the better way, create a new one ?
