BusyOnBusyEnabledType - Global Policy / AllowCalling Policy ?

Hi,

 

Allow Calling and Deny Calling is locked so you can't change them. Instead create a new custom policy and assign it to the users you want to test BusyOnBusy with.

 

BusyOnBusy will send a busy signal to callers if the user is busy in another call.

The default "Global" policy do not allow calling feature ?

 

What would be the better way, create a new one ?

    nkarp Not sure about the Global.

     

    Create a new one called something like "AllowCalling-BusyOnBusy". Wait a couple of hours after you assigned it to an user.
