Am assuming you are trying to restrict the creation of Teams only to certain individuals within the org.

Thats what the directions in the link in my post were saying to do. And also like I said in my post, it didnt work. Next....
- Do you have an Azure AD P1 License assigned?
- P2 licenses
- Cool. Have long have you waited since creating it? Changes in Azure AD can take up to 24 hours to propagate
