Are licenses required for IVR
Hello
I understand that AA or CQ need licenses.
Are additional licenses needed for IVR's in AA's?
According to this site
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/plan-auto-attendant-call-queue
there are no needs for additional licenses, right?

JFM_12 It's not clear to me what you are asking. As I understand the term "IVR" ("Interactive Voice Response"), it is synonymous with "AA" ("Auto Attendant"). Can you perhaps explain what it is specifically you are trying to accomplish?
If you are just looking to create a system where a caller hears a prompt saying something like "Press 1 for Sales, press 2 for Support", that is performed by an AA, and it just needs a Resource Account licensed with the free "Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account" license.
Your end users to whom the calls are routed must of course have Teams Phone licenses, but beyond that, no other licenses are required.

Hello RyanSteele
Thank you very much for your reply.
We have all the AA's in place and would use existing ones.
Would we need additional licenses if we add IVR's with existing AA's.
Thank you
