Switching back to old Teams has seemed to "fixed" my issue.

That has solved it for me. I've set our whole company to stay on the old Teams until this issue is fixed.

I'm thinking about re-imaging my computer because of this, happens every time to certain numbers and I work phone support. Went back to old Teams but then New teams forced itself back onto my work system.
Would be great if they fixed this instead of just adding some more filters.

ralley88 Don't do that. I don't think it will help.
I learned from our Microsoft partner that it's a known issue with the new Teams, especially when using click to call. The timeline says that it should be fixed by the end of January.
I was able to turn off the new Teams being rolled out to our company in the Teams Admin Center.
