Tracking Quiz results in Excel automatically

Question

Hi there,&nbsp;Im trying to create a Microsoft forms based quiz that will send results to an excel document in real time for tracking purposes. I know its possible to create a form that will do this from Onedrive, but it only gives the option to do so with a form, not a quiz. This means I can track responses but not assign a score or see individual correct and incorrect responses.&nbsp;&nbsp;Try as I might I cant find any way to automatically track quiz results. Only to manually download excel documents that show the results and dont upd

I am not sure the preview. if you create my own form,you can browse the quiz realtime result online.
