MicrosoftAccording to the logs, the form appears to be a group form. However, the user's access was unauthorized since they are not a member of the group nor a co-author of the form. To retrieve the data, you can contact a member of the group for assistance.
DingkunXie Thank you for the information. I was the one that wrote the form so I am not sure who else may have access to update the information. Let me ask around and see if someone else may have access to it.
