Personal account. Forms will not let me edit etc
Hi, I have tried to go via Microsoft help, they have said there is no issue with my account. I have a personal account, set up some forms a while ago which have been working fine. Yesterday when a user when to complete the form it said - The account associated with this form has been blocked.
I can see the Forms I have created and have ownership of. I cant edit, copy, save or see responses on them. Have tried different browsers, private etc but still can't do anything.

Hi, I’d first make sure you are signed in with the same personal Microsoft account that owns the form, not just an account that has a shared link to it. Forms can look like it opened correctly, but if you are in the wrong account or using a response link instead of the edit link, editing will be blocked. I’d also try forms.office.com in an InPrivate window, clear the browser cache, and check the form from another browser. If the form was created under a work or school account, a personal account usually will not be able to fully manage it.
