JFM_12 Make your Testresult question a choice question with the options OK and Not OK. Then add a question for Incident Nr then the other question. Select Add branching and for the Not OK select the Incident Nr question to branch to, and for the OK option select Next.
When OK is selected by the user they will not see the Incident Nr question, but they will if they select Not OK. They will then see the rest of the questions.

Hello Rob
Thank you for your answer.
The sequence
- Testresult
- Country
- Comment
- Incident - Nr.
should stay. I know branching but this does not allow this sequence.
Could this be designed in the sequence required?

Microsoft
Use sections with branching as below, and in Section 2, repeat question "Country", "Comment" ...

So with this solution I would duplicate the Question "Country".
Do I understand it right?
That is a solution
