Nomis2020 you won't be able to do this with a single flow in Power Automate as every form requires its own flow. But once you've got a flow for each form then each flow can update an item in SharePoint providing you have some method of knowing which item to update.

IRobElliott Would you be able to show how with screenshots? i'm trying to get Form a (used by worker) to trigger Form b to be filled (by management). Would i be able to do that with this format?
