MicrosoftI recommend contacting your IT department to open a support ticket with the product team. In the case of data loss, it will require thorough collaboration with the product team to determine the root cause.
- We are having a very similar issue that just started. Are you able to provide more details of who we can contact for support? We are a small organization and are the IT department. Appreciate any support and direct that can be offered.
The difference we are experiencing from kieranemerson is that the data does eventually flow into Excel but it is taking more than an hour, when previously the flow was less than 30 seconds. So our flows are generate a failure as our flow includes sending an email with the details from the row of data from the form that should be in the excel file on SharePoint, but since the row isn't there yet it is failing. We currently have a delay in place for 2 minutes, but because it is taking sometime more than an hour the flow is failing.
