Microsoft Forms Response History
I use a form where users can edit their response, is there a way to check edit history? Or is it only the latest edit i have a time/date for?

The spreadsheet only shows the date/time the form was started and the original date/time it was completed, not the edit date/time. But you can look at the spreadsheet version history and see the changes that have been made and when those took place.
