Hi tobi4080, i'm surprised nobody suggested that you create a power automate flow to send an email when a new forms response arrive. You can do it by yourself and i suggest that you follow along this youtube video that will show you how to do it ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLYGny1g8IM ). Enjoy !
