rrose4 could it be that you have shared the collaborate link instead of the collect responses link?

You can always delete the collaboration link to stop sharing, and people who previously had access to the link will no longer have permission to access it after the deletion.

rrose4 no, once the link has been shared it can't be un-shared, and there is no list that can be surfaced of people with edit permissions.. You would need to duplicate the form as that would create a new collect responses link.
