How to record respondent without recording respondent ID
i am giving out the Form to a group of employee.
i need to track who didn't submitted the form without marking it down with the collected data ( as they concern about privacy).
How to make this work?

BerwickLee if it's a large number of recipients, in the hundreds for example, we do this with a list in SharePoint of all the recipients, usually with the Title column containing the user's email address and a Date/Time column for the date the user responded. When each response is submitted a flow in Power Automate grabs the email address and the flow has a get items action with a filter query of the email address. If it's found (which it will be) then the date/column is updated with the date. You can then easily filter the list or have a view that shows which rows do not have a date, i.e. they have not responded. As part of the same flow you could save the response into another SharePoint list for backup & audit reasons. This is something we always do at my company.

Rob_Elliott thank you for your reply.
but it will also record down the email into the excel right?
thats what i dont want to
some employee fears about that their opinion can be tracked.
so i just want to mark down who handed in, without marking the username or any identifier into the response.
