Group Owned Forms - Restricting Access
Hello, all. I have a group owned form. Lets call this "Training Log Form". The group lets call it "R&D". This is a well established MS Group with members, and owners. So each member can view this...
You cannot. Groups are shared resources, every member has equal access to anything in the group. This behavior was even more problematic back in the day when everyone in the company was able to make changes to objects stored in Public groups...
If you need to restrict control to editing the form, you need to either move it to a different location, or adjust the member list of the group.
