Forms - files name in OneDrive changed

I have created a form where people can upload files. These are then initially saved in my personal OneDrive. The file name is shortened and the name of the person uploading the file is added. Is it possible for the file name to be saved 1 to 1 in OneDrive as in the original?

    CAMX_8 no, that is the default behaviour in Forms and cannot be changed.
