Custom Form Notifications for External Forms

Anytime someone external submits a MS Form, it shows as anonymous in the email notification. There needs to be an option to show the name or first name, last name field on the form or have the option...

An anonymous response will always be just that - anonymous. There is no way to get any information about who submitted the form. And that's exactly as it should be; if we could get any details about who responded when that person thought it was anonymous it would be a regulatory nightmare and, in the EU & UK at least, illegal.

So add questions to your form for the user's name, email address and the role they are applying for (perhaps a choice question to cover multiple roles) then you can build a flow in Power Automate to send them a confirmation email about the information they submitted, save the response to a SharePoint list etc.
