Custom Form Notifications for External Forms
An anonymous response will always be just that - anonymous. There is no way to get any information about who submitted the form. And that's exactly as it should be; if we could get any details about who responded when that person thought it was anonymous it would be a regulatory nightmare and, in the EU & UK at least, illegal.
So add questions to your form for the user's name, email address and the role they are applying for (perhaps a choice question to cover multiple roles) then you can build a flow in Power Automate to send them a confirmation email about the information they submitted, save the response to a SharePoint list etc.
