Can't share to external user
Hello,
How can i share my Microsoft form to external user to edit?
I used the option: "anyone with the office 365 work or school account can edit and collect response" but it doesn't work.
Any suggestion?
- The people with whom you have shared the form should see a page when attempting to access it. Please share the session Id and correlation Id that they see on that page.

Thank for the response. I figure it out that the problem is on their site which their license haven't activated the Microsoft Form yet.

What is the error in your scenario? Could you please share the session ID and correlation ID if there is an error page?
