Whom to contact.
Hi, My name is Sam. I have been using the free version of Copilot for almost a week now, but the system is too limited for the work I am doing. Using the Copilot though, I have created a formal comprehensive request for access to higher powered A.I. What I do not know is who to send it too. If anyone can provide relevant information, that would be greatly appreciated.

hi SamuelP81 Totally get the confusion there isn’t a single place to “send” a request.
For work (Microsoft 365 Copilot): Contact your IT / Microsoft 365 admin. They control licenses and access.
For personal use: There’s no approval process you just upgrade to a paid Copilot plan.
For advanced/custom AI (Azure OpenAI): You need an Azure subscription and usually start via Azure Support or a Microsoft partner.
Microsoft doesn’t accept direct access requests access comes through licenses or Azure.
