Useful Copilot features have disappeared from Outlook on the web
At my work, we mostly use the full Outlook desktop application, however, until recently outlook.office.com had better Copilot features so I ran both apps at the same time. In outlook.office.com, when you clicked the Copilot logo to open the panel on the right-hand side of the screen, you could get Copilot to quickly set your out of office automatic reply without having to leave the panel, or find time to meet with a colleague on a one-to-one basis. I found those features extremely useful, but in recent days they seem to have disappeared. Instead, when you click the Copilot icon to open the panel on the right-hand side of the screen in outlook.office.com, it is just a version of Copilot Chat.
These were fantastic time saving features and I miss them. Will they be brought back into outlook.office.com?

Yep, same. I'm going out on a limb and guessing it's because they're updating the embedded Copilot experience to allow 'free/chat' users to access Chat in apps too. Looks like this is live in Outlook now. Hopefully we see a fix come through.

Click on Settingsin the upper right corner → View all Outlook settings → General → Copilot, then re-enable it. Alternatively, ask the administrator to check the enterprise policies. If the issue persists, clear the browser cache or use private mode.

I have also noticed this recently. The prompts are now only generic on the integrated Copilot Chat in Outlook web. It feels like it's regressed which is disappointing! I was banking on the below for the lunch and learn I am putting together and it's now gone.

Same here, Nancy. I hope Microsoft bring it back!
