Co-pilot Studio - Shared Agent not working
I have created an agent, published it. Added to Teams and copilot. I am getting answers correctly from prompt I am giving from knowledge base. The same Agent I shared with other user, connected all the knowledge base files to the user. For the user prompts, he is not getting answers from knowledge base. Have anyone faced similar issue.
If your shared Copilot Studio agent isn’t replying from the knowledge base for other users, try this:
Make sure they have access to all files in the knowledge base.
Have them reconnect the files themselves.
Re-publish the agent after sharing.
Ask them to test with a simple question.Still not working? Try rebuilding the agent under a shared account or contact Microsoft support.

Thank you for the response.
I have shared the agent, my knowledge base where in Share point online. When I shared the file from share point to user, the issue resolved.
But I am facing new challenge, my company name is ABC , when the user enter prompt what is the leave policy or any prompt from knowledge base, I am getting answer the "The HR policy for ABC cooperation is"
I don't know from where the word "Cooperation" is taking from
