Co-pilot Studio - Shared Agent not working

I have created an agent, published it. Added to Teams and copilot. I am getting answers correctly from prompt I am giving  from knowledge base. The same Agent I shared with other user, connected all the knowledge base files to the user. For the user prompts, he is not getting answers from knowledge base. Have anyone faced similar issue.

  • If your shared Copilot Studio agent isn’t replying from the knowledge base for other users, try this:

    Make sure they have access to all files in the knowledge base.
    Have them reconnect the files themselves.
    Re-publish the agent after sharing.
    Ask them to test with a simple question.

    Still not working? Try rebuilding the agent under a shared account or contact Microsoft support.

      Thank you for the response.

      I have shared the agent, my knowledge base where in Share point online. When I shared the file from share point to user, the issue resolved. 

       

      But I am facing new challenge, my company name is ABC , when the user enter prompt what is the leave policy or any prompt from knowledge base, I am getting answer the "The HR policy for ABC cooperation is"

       

      I don't know from where the word "Cooperation" is taking from
